Barnes Property & Development Ltd have been in business since 2018, currently they have over 160 properties in their portfolio with additional properties being added continuously.
All the properties are based within 45 minutes of Northampton Town.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager / Letting Agent to join our friendly team here in Northampton.

You'll be at the heart of our lettings operation, ensuring tenants get an exceptional experience every time. No two days are the same - you'll be inspecting properties, finding new tenants, reference checking, liaising with tenants, coordinating maintenance, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Day to day you can expect to be:

Carrying out property inspections and producing detailed reports Managing tenant communications Arranging and overseeing property maintenance Ensuring compliance with gas, electric, and safety regulations Completing inventories and final inspections Handling enquiries and registering applicants along with finding prospective tenants Conducting property viewings
This is a varied role requiring excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

About You:

Proven experience in Property Management Financial and administrative skills, with confidence using property management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy, with knowledge of MS Office Organised, proactive, and accurate - with a "can-do" attitude Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Team player, but able to work independently when needed
