Overview
haart Estate Agents in Coventry is seeking a Property Management Manager to take charge of it's property management team. We are looking for someone with a solid track record in managing residential properties, combined with experience in leading and motivating a team. The role carries responsibility for maintaining compliance, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional level of service for our landlords and tenants. Strong people management skills and a thorough knowledge of current property legislation are essential.

What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Coventry

• Managing a team of property managers.
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
• Property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Coventry

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
• Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment
• Develop your team, to advance their careers
• Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients
• Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• If you wish to use your own vehicle, that vehicle must be less than 10 years old
• To be eligible for a car allowance, your vehicle must be less than 5 years old.
• Full business-use car insurance cover (if successful in securing the position and choosing to use your own vehicle)
