About the role
As the Property Management Officer your manager will be our Commercial Management Surveyor. You will work 18.5 hours a week on a permanent job-share basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area from our Head Office in Castleford.
As the Property Management Officer you will be responsible for providing an exemplary property management service, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and legal compliance is always achieved.
What you'll do
You will deliver a comprehensive first-class Landlord / customer relationship and will also provide support to the Commercial Management Surveyor and Senior Managers within our Assets service.
What we're looking for
Experience in a commercial property or property management related field to manage a portfolio of investment properties to maximise income and to ensure legal, financial, statutory, health and safety, and regulatory compliance
The ability to grow and maintain effective working relationships with internal services, and external partners and organisations
A forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to problem solve
A knowledge of critical Health and Safety legislation relating to property
Knowledge and practical experience of using IT systems, including experience of using Microsoft Office
The ability to analyse, interpret, coordinate and present information in a logical format, both written and verbally, in a timely manner
Excellent telephone and customer care skills, and evidence of a customer focused approach to service users
The ability to work in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary team with a flexible approach to meet the agreed standards and targets
