Latitude London is a property development and management company based in Marylebone, London W1. We own, develop, and manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Central London.

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Property Manager / Operative to join our small team. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone with a commercial mindset, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of day-to-day operations across the business.

A background in a property company, particularly in property administration, purchasing/procurement, or operations, would be an advantage. However, we are equally interested in someone with the right attitude and capability -- we will provide full support and training.

This position combines property management support, operational coordination, procurement, and office administration. You will play a key part in ensuring our properties are well maintained, our suppliers remain competitive, and the wider team has the support needed to deliver projects efficiently.

1. Procurement & Purchasing (Commercial Focus)

Source, compare and negotiate competitive pricing for building materials, bulk orders, and large-scale furniture/items

Build relationships with suppliers and contractors to secure best value and reliability

Support purchasing decisions with cost awareness and a value-driven approach

2. Property Management & Operations Support

Support the marketing and management of our property portfolio

Assist with day-to-day operational requirements across residential and commercial properties

Provide support to development activities and internal office operations

Maintain professional communication with tenants, contractors and service providers

Strong working knowledge of social media platforms is essential

3. Maintenance & Contractor Coordination

Liaise with our maintenance team and cleaning staff to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

Assist in sourcing contractors and obtaining competitive quotes for repairs and improvement works

Ensure work is completed to the required standard and within agreed timeframes

4. Furniture & Inventory Management

Organise, move, arrange and manage furniture and equipment when required

Maintain tidy and efficient storage and inventory systems

Track stock levels and anticipate future requirements

5. Administrative & Office Support

Sort, process, track and file invoices accurately

Maintain records and operational documentation

Support planned maintenance schedules and ensure contractors attend routine visits

Ensure property compliance records remain up to date in line with legal and safety requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

Commercially minded -- cost-aware, resourceful and able to negotiate effectively Professional and well-presented, with a smart attitude and appearance Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently Organised, with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator in both written and spoken English Practical and hands-on -- happy to support in person when required Computer literate, with strong skills across standard office systems and platforms
