Latitude London is a property development and management company based in Marylebone, London W1. We own, develop, and manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Central London.
We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Property Manager / Operative to join our small team. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone with a commercial mindset, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of day-to-day operations across the business.
A background in a property company, particularly in property administration, purchasing/procurement, or operations, would be an advantage. However, we are equally interested in someone with the right attitude and capability -- we will provide full support and training.
This position combines property management support, operational coordination, procurement, and office administration. You will play a key part in ensuring our properties are well maintained, our suppliers remain competitive, and the wider team has the support needed to deliver projects efficiently.
1. Procurement & Purchasing (Commercial Focus)
Source, compare and negotiate competitive pricing for building materials, bulk orders, and large-scale furniture/items
Build relationships with suppliers and contractors to secure best value and reliability
Support purchasing decisions with cost awareness and a value-driven approach
2. Property Management & Operations Support
Support the marketing and management of our property portfolio
Assist with day-to-day operational requirements across residential and commercial properties
Provide support to development activities and internal office operations
Maintain professional communication with tenants, contractors and service providers
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms is essential
3. Maintenance & Contractor Coordination
Liaise with our maintenance team and cleaning staff to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Assist in sourcing contractors and obtaining competitive quotes for repairs and improvement works
Ensure work is completed to the required standard and within agreed timeframes
4. Furniture & Inventory Management
Organise, move, arrange and manage furniture and equipment when required
Maintain tidy and efficient storage and inventory systems
Track stock levels and anticipate future requirements
5. Administrative & Office Support
Sort, process, track and file invoices accurately
Maintain records and operational documentation
Support planned maintenance schedules and ensure contractors attend routine visits
Ensure property compliance records remain up to date in line with legal and safety requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
Commercially minded -- cost-aware, resourceful and able to negotiate effectively
Professional and well-presented, with a smart attitude and appearance
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Organised, with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator in both written and spoken English
Practical and hands-on -- happy to support in person when required
Computer literate, with strong skills across standard office systems and platforms
What We Offer
A varied role with responsibility and scope to grow
A small, supportive team environment
Hands-on training and guidance from experienced professionals
Opportunity to build strong commercial experience in property operations and procurement
