Job Description

Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager with a strong background in residential property management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a key part in supporting our continued growth and success as a leading provider of residential property management. Ideally you will be confident in handling complex tenancy matters as well as making sound decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Primary contact for landlords and tenants Supervision and support of Property Managers Managing a dedicated portfolio of properties Conducting regular property inspections and handling deposit releases. Process applications for tenants. System Management Proven work experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings.

Requirements and skills

ARLA/LETWELL Level 6 qualification would be an advantage. Full driving licence. Own car required Excellent communication and organisational skills. Working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes preferred.

Working schedule

Monday - Thursday: 9 - 5pm Friday - 9 - 4pm.
