Property Manager & Office Administrator
to join our friendly and high-performing team based opposite
Willesden Green Tube Station
.
The Role
This is a
diverse, hands-on position
covering three key areas -
Property Management
,
Lettings Administration
, and
Office Operations
.
You'll work closely with Dani, our Property Management Lead, ensuring the smooth running of the business while delivering exceptional service to our landlords, tenants, and internal team.
No two days will ever be the same, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.
What You'll Be Doing
Co-managing our portfolio of rental properties, ensuring every issue is handled promptly and professionally.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance matters quickly and effectively.
Organising safety certificates, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Handling tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and legal notices.
Supporting the lettings team with referencing, contracts, and move-ins.
Supporting the sales team with contracts, arranging photos and compliance
Keeping our
office organised, efficient, and compliant
- from AML checks to event planning.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years' experience
in Property Management or Administration.
Strong organisation and communication skills with a "get it done"mindset.
Confident using technology and property software systems (training provided where needed).
A natural problem solver with great attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence and a personal car for property visits.
Living within
30-45 minutes
drive of our Willesden Green office.
ARLA Level 3
qualification preferred (however, we'll support the right candidate to achieve this).

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
