Job description
We are a growing residential property management company focusing on Central London New Homes market. We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a full time Property Manager/Property Administrator to join us. You will be required to proactively manage a portfolio properties in London Zone 1 and 2.
The candidate must be educated to university level or equivalent and previous property management experience is required with good understanding of PM software and Chinese language is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate must have good level of communication, coordination and organisation. The candidate must have high level of integrity and professionalism and need to be extremely responsible and reliable.
The role entails the following responsibilities:
1. check in and check out and professional cleaning services and deposit negotiations at end of tenancy
2. register tenant deposit with protection schemes
3. Everyday repairs and maintenance requests
4. Serving of relevant notices (section 21 and section 8 etc)
5. Arranging compliance for properties- Gas safety certificates, EPCs, and Electrical checks
6. apply for selective licenses with councils and subletting licence with estate management if required
7. Notify utility companies and local authorities of tenant leaving and new tenancy details to including meter readings.
