Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic, professional and customer orientated Assistant Property Manager. Your responsibility will be the day-to day management of properties' defects. You will be the main point of contact to tenants and contractors. This is a field-based role and you will work remotely when not on site. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the property manager by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to tenants. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities



- Address tenants' problems, visit the properties if required to assess defect. Arrange repairs with contractors, meeting them as needed, check repairs are done

- Arrange and carry out property inspections. Prepare report, arrange repairs and maintenance with contractors

- Ensure properties comply with the health and safety requirements in line with updated legislation

- Coordinate pre-tenancy tasks and end of tenancy including check-out report review and assessing deductions

- Assist Property Manager for refurbishment project

- Update daily the property management software (Arthur Online). Send weekly report on on-going repairs to Property Manager

- Organise and maintain files for easy access and retrieval

- Liaise on a regular basis with the Property Manager to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

The successful applicant has at least 2 years' experience in property management and residential property management qualification/certificates.

- The applicant should have the ability to work independently, give recommendations on repairs, prioritise tasks.

- He/She has a proactive attitude and has strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- He/She has attention to details, problem-solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.

- He/She should be English speaker.

- French basics and living in South West London would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SW6 2TA
