Belvoir Basingstoke has been successfully trading for over 15 years and is located in the heart of Basingstoke on New St. We are a specialist boutique Estate Agent with a highly experienced team and we are looking for someone to work in our tenancy management team, and help to look after tenants, landlords and their properties across Basingstoke and surrounding villages.

This office based role involves, taking calls, working with contractors, communicating clearly to both tenants and landlords and getting things done to a satisfactory conclusion.

We will be looking for you to embrace learning and we see this as part of your continued professional development.

As a Tenancy Manager (or speak for Property Manager) you will be responsible for attending to every query that emerges throughout the life of a tenancy including dealing with maintenance, safety certification, updating tenancy documentation, Landlord and tenant enquiries, tenancy terminations, serving notices, processing checkout maintenance and remedials within a tight timeframe, completing interim inspections, handling deposit negotiations, dealing with arrears and collecting payments.

We use some of the best software in the industry including Fixflo, Inventory Base, SME and Notify. Experience on these systems is not essential as training will be provided.

The role is very varied, and our work environment is modern, progressive and inclusive.

You must be a positive communicator with excellent customer service delivery, very strong attention to detail and have the ability to take responsibility and act swiftly and decisively. We not only look to provide an exceptional level of customer service but also to ensure the customer journey is smooth and engaging. Given the importance of this role, we require a minimum of 5 years direct property management experience together with a full driving licence and access to your own car.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9 till 5.30 and up to two Saturdays per month 9 till 1pm.
