PROPERTY MANAGER - OXFORDSHIRE - 28,000 - 32,000 (BASED ON EXPERIENCE) MON-FRI + EVERY OTHER SATURDAY WITH A DAY OFF IN THE WEEK

We are looking for someone who has worked in estate agency and has property management experience. Someone with great interpersonal skills who tenants will find approachable, suppliers find helpful and landlords love to hear from!

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING FOR...

OX Living offers a co-living house share community exclusively for young professionals across Oxfordshire.

The company was launched in 2016 and specialises in managing Co-Living shared houses. Our focus for 2025/26 is to solidify ourselves as the go-to agent for the best tenant experience, while growing our portfolio of stunning properties.

We cover all aspects of Co-Living property, from the refurbishment and conversion of residential accommodation to the acquisition and development of larger commercial buildings, providing high quality housing for our tenants.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You will be based out of our office near Bicester.

You'll spend the majority of your time doing what you're best at:

Arranging repairs within a reasonable time period Organising our superb in-house maintenance and cleaning team Communication with tenants frequently so they feel heard Carrying out property inspections periodically Working with contractors to find the best quotes for our landlords

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience working in a busy property management environment Be target driven and tenacious Do all it takes to ensure our properties remain compliant and organised Be able to work effectively within a team Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times Display high standards of service and presentation Have good organisational skills Be willing to attend our properties around Oxfordshire if the need arises
