We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supported housing properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of property management practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximising occupancy rates.
Duties
Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and upkeep of facilities.
Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Utilise Arthur software for data entry, lease tracking, and financial reporting to maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address repairs and improvements in a timely manner.
Maintain effective phone etiquette while communicating with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Requirements
3 years experience in supported housing environment or a related field is required.
Proficiency in office administration tasks with strong data entry skills.
Familiarity with CRM's or similar property management software is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with tenants and staff, having the confidence to challenge and question when situations arise.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
