Are you an organised, proactive, and experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!Rentlife are looking for a pro-active, passionate and detail orientated full time property manager to join our team based in Birmingham city centre.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:o

Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our landlord and tenants have the very best service and experience. Review rental agreements and conduct rent reviews, renewing tenants agreements as required. Coordinate with the dedicated maintenance & repairs team ensure timely completion of works when reported by tenants. Conducting property inspections and provide landlords with detailed feedback. Organise safety certifications & compliance requirements for all properties. Compiling check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants that leave their properties and deposits are returned in a timely manner. Keep management systems accurate and up to date.What we're looking for in a new property manager at Rentlife: Previous Property Management experience. Excellent organisation skills & attention to detail. Strong communication & customer service skills - Building great relationships with landlords & tenants Ability to keep calm under pressure - Cool, Calm and Collected.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
