Property Manager
Salary: 25,000-30,000 DOE + commission on inspections and renewals
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:15am-5:15pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm
I'm working with a highly regarded and long-established firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
The company is open to applicants with either residential or commercial property management experience (ideally both), but what's key is proven property management expertise, particularly when it comes to conducting inspections and dealing with the follow-up actions.
Here's what they're looking for:

• At least 2 years' property management experience (3+ years preferred).
• Ideally some stability and long service with your current/previous firm.
• Experience within a regulated business would be a real advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
