We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our client's Residential team, delivering tailored, high-quality management services to a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings and estates.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Inspections & Maintenance:
Conduct regular site inspections, prepare detailed reports, and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Finance:
Manage budgets, oversee client accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Insurance:
Administer building and Directors & Officers insurance, ensuring compliance with policy requirements.
Meetings:
Organise and attend EGMs, AGMs, Directors, and Residents meetings, providing professional advice and support.
Correspondence & Administration:
Handle all client and leaseholder communications efficiently and professionally.
Lease Compliance:
Address breaches of lease agreements promptly and effectively.
Contractor Management:
Liaise with contractors to oversee works, ensuring high standards and value for money.
