Property Management Assistant

to join us in Brighton and help keep our operations running smoothly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a

varied, practical role

where no two days are the same. One day you'll be coordinating contractors and checking compliance, the next you'll be supporting new house rollouts and giving design input to make sure our homes stay on brand and meet our high standards.

You'll work closely with our Head of Property Management and be a key part of making sure our tenants have a stress-free experience, while our properties stay in top condition.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the day-to-day management of a large HMO portfolio Use property management software and digital tools to stay on top of tasks and reporting Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve issues quickly and effectively Proactively manage your workload, prioritising tasks and preventing problems before they escalate Support process improvements to help us scale efficiently Contribute to the rollout and design of new houses, ensuring they stand out as

premium student homes


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in property management, lettings, or a related role Tech-savvy with confidence using digital platforms and systems Highly organised with the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with empathetic approach to support our student tenants. Proactive and confident taking ownership without close supervision Positive, easy going and contributes to a fun inclusive work environment

Pay: From 32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
