Property Manager - Benefits
- 25,000 - 28,000 basic salary dependent on experience
- Commission structure

- Organising repairs and liaising with contractors
- Booking property inspections and check outs, ensuring a swift and positive tenancy turnaround
- Property compliance and ensuring that all legislative certificates are in place
- Tenancy progression and processing referencing applications
- Producing tenancy agreements
- Handling enquiries from Landlords, tenants and third parties
- Managing deposit protections and Right to Rent checks
- Previous Lettings / Property Management experience required
- You must have a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Rent Smart Wales licence
- Good knowledge of Welsh property legislation
- Knowledge of Cardiff and the surrounding suburbs
- IT literate
- Able to build quick rapport with the general public
- Ambitious and enthusiastic in nature
