What You'll Be Doing:

Managing a portfolio

of residential properties across Cardiff and South Wales Handling all

tenant and landlord communications

relating to property maintenance, tenancy issues, inspections and queries

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution Conducting

mid-term inspections

and reporting on property condition Ensuring

legal compliance

with Rent Smart Wales, Renting Homes (Wales) Act, gas safety, EICRs, and licensing obligations Managing the

move-in and move-out process

, including deposit deductions, key handovers and check-out reports Working closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure seamless service Utilising digital systems to

track, monitor and respond

to property issues Supporting landlord retention by delivering consistent, responsive service and flagging opportunities for product add-ons (insurance, rent guarantee, etc.) Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation at all times

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year's experience in

property management

or a similar tenant-facing role Strong

organisation and time management skills

- able to handle multiple cases calmly and professionally Knowledge of

Welsh housing legislation

and property compliance requirements (Renting Homes Act, Rent Smart Wales) Excellent

communication and customer service

skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset Full UK

driving licence

and access to a vehicle
