We are looking for

Property Managers

to join our small, friendly teams in the heart of Penrith town centre and at our Rosehill site in Carlisle.


If you have experience in the lettings industry (and maybe even working towards your ARLA qualification), we would love to hear from you. We will support your professional growth with full training and resources to help you build a rewarding career in residential property management.

What We are Looking For

We are after someone with a

can-do attitude

, great people skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will need to be confident using Microsoft Office and happy juggling a busy, varied workload.


You will be managing the full lettings process - from marketing and viewings to inspections and maintenance - so good organisation and communication skills are key.

Day-to-Day, You will Be:

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors Organising and overseeing property maintenance Conducting viewings and processing tenancy applications Carrying out check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections Preparing leases and handling deposits Assisting with admin and supporting the wider team

This role is mostly office-based, but you'll be out and about regularly visiting properties across the area.

You will Need:

Strong communication and customer service skills The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A positive, proactive, team-first approach A full, clean driving licence

We would preferat least 1 years' experience in property management or a similar role but full training will be provided.
