We are seeking an experienced, proactive

Property Manager

to join a highly respected lettings business in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

With outsourced inspections, this role allows you to focus on what you do best: managing tenancies, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing clear communication and guidance. Overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle, from move-in to check-out. Coordinating maintenance works, liaising with contractors, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit returns. Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures. Handling any complaints or disputes with professionalism and efficiency. Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the property management department.

About You

Previous experience in residential property management is essential. Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator, able to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Resilient under pressure with a solutions-focused approach. ARLA qualification desirable but not essential (support for further training available).

Competitive basic salary of 28,000 - 34,000 (depending on experience). Monday - Friday working pattern, with only 1 in 4 Saturdays required (09:00 - 13:00).
