Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties Conduct regular property inspections and arrange necessary maintenance Handle tenant communications, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers Ensure compliance with all property legislation and safety regulations Maintain accurate records and update property management systems

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in property management or lettings Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of relevant property legislation and compliance Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Proficiency in property management software and IT systems A valid driver's licence (preferred, depending on the role)
