Property Manager

Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to join the ever-growing team at James Chiltern Estate Agents. As a Property Manager you will be managing an exciting growing property portfolio.

Candidates should have:

- Previous property management experience preferred.

- A full & clean driving licence.

- A positive and proactive attitude.

- Previous experience in a client facing role.

- Experience with property software Alto is desirable

Responsibilities

Management a portfolio of properties - All residential, approx. 120 properties Liaising with both landlords and tenants Liaising with contractors on a regular basis Ensure compliance documentation is up to date Property inspections and reports to clients Liaising with the accounts team to ensure up-to-date finances Resolve and manages client complaints Management of property licenses and health and safety certificates such as EPC (Energy Perform Certificate), Gas Safety and EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) certificates, FRA's (Fire Risk Assessments) Negotiating tenancy renewals Support in promoting the business to grow the existing portfolio Supporting the Director on the overall aims of the business
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
