We're looking for a friendly and experienced Property Manager with a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service to join our team in Edinburgh. If you've worked in the Property Factoring industry, Facilities Management or related Housing Sectors and have an understanding of property management practices (Factoring), we'd love to hear from you!

The position is based within our office at the prestigious Quartermile Development, working closely with Property Management colleagues, site staff and contractors. You must be highly organised and have excellent written and oral communication skills. You should be able to work on your own initiative, or as part of a team when required, and be capable of building good working relationships with colleagues and clients. You will deal effectively with contractors and suppliers to ensure good service delivery and convene owner meetings with individual owners and management committees to discuss property matters.

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook to diary manage, prioritise and task workload. Experience of using TRAMPS software is preferred.

You are supported by various specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive property management service.

Please note that a clean, current driving license is required for this role.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about property management and eager to contribute to the success of our team.

The role is based at our office in Quartermile, Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.

The starting salary quoted is negotiable depending upon relevant experience and may be reviewed upwards.
