As we grow, we're looking to expand our team with a dedicated Property Manager who will help deliver consistent excellence day?to?day.
About the role:
We're seeking a professional, organised and guest?focused Property Manager to oversee the daily management of our short?term let properties. The successful candidate will coordinate cleaning and maintenance, manage guest communications and stays, supervise our quality?checking inspections, liaise with contractors and support our senior management team with operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely in a team with the Company Directors and Executive Manager to carry out the below:
- Coordinate and manage the cleaning team.
- Manage guest communications and the overall guest experience.
- Oversee maintenance and property upkeep.
- Supervise in?house quality checkers and inspections.
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records (bookings, maintenance, inventories, etc.).
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, contractors, and cleaners.
Candidate Requirements & Skills
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or short?term letting preferred.
- Highly organised and reliable with strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem solving skills are required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive, solution?oriented and detail?focused.
- Comfortable coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and inspections.
- Flexible with working hours to support guest needs.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Must have full driver's license and own ULEZ compliant car.
