Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that both tenants and property owners receive exceptional service. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements. Utilise our software for property management tasks including lease administration, tenant tracking, and financial reporting to accounts department. Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative duties related to tenant applications, leases, and payments. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies.

Skills

Proficiency in property management software is highly desirable. Previous office experience with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and service providers. Ability to upsell properties effectively while maintaining a professional approach. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
