Are you a proactive and dynamic Property Manager looking for your next challenge? Join our growing Property Management department at Stow Brothers and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and tenants.

What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as the main point of contact for our managed clients, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service. Handling tenant inquiries with efficiency, resolving issues and complaints swiftly and professionally. Coordinating property visits, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard. Managing tenancy renewals, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants and landlords. Overseeing the move-out process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Staying on top of compliance requirements and ensuring all properties meet legal standards.

What We're Looking For:

At least

1 year of experience

in property management. Strong knowledge of property management

principles, practices, and regulations

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

and other relevant software. A passion for

customer service

, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Excellent

organisational skills

, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong

verbal and written communication

skills. Knowledge of

fair housing laws and regulations

. You need to have a driving licence and own car
