Job Summary

We are seeking a

Property Manager

to join our team in Low Fell. You will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth running of our property management operations. This role is well-suited to someone with property management or lettings experience who is looking to progress in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants Oversee repairs, maintenance, and statutory safety checks Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, including gas and electrical safety Conduct routine inspections and manage tenancy renewals Resolve landlord and tenant queries promptly and professionally Manage tenancy check-ins and check-outs Handle deposit disputes and liaise with deposit protection schemes Support the lettings team with property management expertise Maintain accurate records of property activity and communications

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year's experience in property management or lettings (essential) Proven background in customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of current property management legislation Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Proactive and solutions-focused approach Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
