Experience in the Property Industry, with knowledge of property management practices (Factoring) A full UK driving license is essential Familiarity with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 and the Code of Conduct Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Passion for property management and a desire to contribute to team success

What will your role look like?

Manage a portfolio of factored properties throughout the Central Belt Conduct regular property inspections and site meetings with owners Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery Organise owner meetings to discuss property matters with individual owners or resident groups when needed, this can include occasional evening meetings. Use Microsoft Outlook to manage diary, prioritise tasks, and stay on top of workload, ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Collaborate with various specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive property management service

The starting salary quoted is negotiable depending upon relevant experience and may be reviewed upwards.
