standards

Resolving ad-hoc & scheduled maintenance

issues (with support from our trades team)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and stakeholders. This role involves managing property maintenance, tenant relations, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our properties.

Responsibilities



Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and leasing activities. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements. Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of property activities, including data entry for tenant information and lease agreements. Utilise Yardi software for property management tasks, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible. Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with maintenance staff and external contractors to coordinate repairs and improvements. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics as required.

Qualifications



Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative experience with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and tenant relations. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
