Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at QF Living Ltd., located in Great Yarmouth area. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our properties and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests, aligning with our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day management of holiday lets and serviced apartments Ensuring properties are consistently maintained to a high standard Coordinating and resolving both ad-hoc and scheduled maintenance tasks (via our network of tradespeople) Conducting property checks and ensuring compliance Using property management systems and apps to manage tasks efficiently Implement new systems to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and workload Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple apps and systems Excellent communication skills and professional manner Valid UK driving licence and access to a car
