The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential developments. This includes overseeing maintenance of communal areas, managing service charge budgets, liaising with contractors and maintaining strong relationships with directors, homeowners and residents.

Key Responsibilities

Regular site visits and inspections to ensure standards are maintained. Managing service charge budgets, accounts and expenditure. Co-ordinating repairs, maintenance and major works. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, property documents and health & safety requirements. Preparing reports for client meetings and attending AGMs. Acting as the main point of contact for directors and homeowners.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in residential block management is essential. TPI qualification (or working towards) is desirable. Strong knowledge of leases, service charges and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence.
