We're passionate about property and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike are are currently seeking a reliable and personable Property Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, has a keen eye for detail, and is looking to develop a rewarding career in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing professional and informative tours Carry out routine property inspections and report on the condition of rental properties Documenting inspection findings and preparing detailed reports for landlords Coordinating with trades people to ensure any necessary repairs or maintenance work is carried out promptly. Ensure properties meet compliance standards and highlight any issues to the lettings team Carry out final property inspections / checkouts Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, representing the company with professionalism and integrity Provide feedback to the lettings team to support smooth and timely lets Update internal systems and complete documentation accurately and promptly
Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach A professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Full UK driving licence (essential) Previous experience in property or lettings (preferred but not essential) IT literate with experience using property software or CRM systems (desirable)
Job Type - Full-time, 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. (1 Saturday in every 3 from 9.30am-12, once fully trained, which is paid as additional salary)
