What You'll Do:

Manage and support a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, resolving issues quickly and effectively. Coordinate contractors and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards and timely completion. Carry out property visits, inspections, and follow-ups, always prioritising customer satisfaction. Handle tenancy renewals, move-outs, and deposit disputes with professionalism. Oversee financial aspects such as rent collection, arrears, and accurate property reporting.
