Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team managing residential rental properties across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining occupancy levels, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

u Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across multiple UK locations

u Serve as the main point of contact for tenants regarding tenancy, maintenance, and compliance issues

u Oversee move-ins, move-outs, property inspections, and periodic tenancy reviews

u Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams and third-party contractors

u Ensure compliance with safety regulations, tenancy laws, and company standards

u Maintain up-to-date records of tenancy agreements, rent payments, and property condition reports

u Advertise vacant properties, arrange viewings, and process applications

u Prepare reports for management on occupancy, rent arrears, and property performance

u Liaise with legal professionals on tenancy disputes, where required

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in property management, lettings, or a related field

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office
