Property Manager
. White Orchard is a fast-growing property management company specialising in residential lettings across the UK. We work with Landlords, delivering high-quality service, compliance, and professional support at every stage of the lettings process.
Their goal is to provide a seamless experience for landlords and tenants while ensuring full compliance with UK property laws and regulations.
We are now looking for an experienced Property / Lettings Manager to take ownership of our lettings operations, property maintenance, manage landlord and tenant relationships, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lettings process from property marketing to tenancy agreements.
Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Oversee property maintenance
, including logging and tracking repair requests, liaising with contractors, vendors, landlords, and tenants.
Ensuring works are completed to a high standard, within budget, and on time.
Manage and update property portals, online listings, and advertising campaigns.
Conduct viewings, handle tenant referencing, and negotiate tenancy terms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant UK lettings regulations and property laws.
Handle landlord and tenant queries promptly, providing professional solutions.
Oversee renewals, terminations, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support landlords with purchases, portfolio growth, and compliance advice.
Work closely with the wider property management team to ensure high service standards.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in lettings or property management in the UK.
Strong understanding of lettings compliance, regulations, and property law.
Good IT skills, including managing property portals and CRM systems.
Experience liaising with landlords, tenants, builders, and contractors.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive problem solver with a client-focused approach.
Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
Positive references from previous property/lettings roles.
