Property Manager Vacancy in West Norfolk



We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and assist in the management of our diverse portfolio of residential and block properties.

We're continuing to rapidly expand in a growing and increasingly professional niche of the property industry, we're looking for the right people to join us on our journey.

Responsibilities:



Assist with the management of a portfolio of residential properties & blocks;

Build positive relationships with our clients and stakeholders;

Be seen at client properties, conducting regular inspections;

Manage enquiries & correspond with our stakeholders, by phone, email and in writing;

Raising works orders and liaison with contractors to complete actions;

Ensuring our clients receive quality services and value for money;

Attending and assisting with AGM's, resident and site meetings;

Maintaining and promoting the company as a specialist service provider;

Requirements:



Previous experience in property management would be desirable but not essential.

A knowledge of property laws, regulations, and health and safety standards would be desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people is essential.

Proven ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Full, clean driving licence

A strong focus on customer service;

Knowledge or experience from a related role would be desirable but not essential.

A desire to progress within the company / industry;

IT literate & eager to embrace technology;

Your most important quality is having the right attitude for the job!

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch (37.5 hours per week)

Potential for out of hours work required (AGM's/meetings) for which you will be compensated accordingly.

Remuneration:

From 24,000.00 per year

Location:

King's Lynn primarily but Hunstanton as required (and various site visits around Norfolk)
