Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors. This role is essential in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities



Manage the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial transactions through data entry. Utilise property management software such as for efficient management of property operations. Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy rates for senior management.

Skills



Proficient in office administration with strong organisational skills. Experience using property management software is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and service providers. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Ability to upsell property features to prospective tenants effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and team members.
