Property Manager - Full-Time | 27,000-30,000 DOE | Leeds (Hybrid)

CityRise is a fast-growing property investment and lettings business based in central Leeds, managing properties for our investors nationwide. We specialise in investment sales, lettings, and management, offering a hands-off service for high-net-worth clients investing in UK property.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead our property management department. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage maintenance and repairs with contractors and suppliers Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors Arrange move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections Organise safety certificates and compliance documentation Prepare inventory reports Handle deposit negotiations and submit claims
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in property management Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent customer service and attention to detail Ability to negotiate, de-escalate and manage conflict effectively Able to work independently and within a team Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Willingness to travel across Yorkshire and Lancashire
Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 9am-5:30pm | Friday: 9am-5pm
