We are currently a team of 8 property professionals, increasing to 9 with this hire.
Our vision is to be the most trusted and recommended agency in the area, and we're looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Property Manager to join our supportive team and help us deliver on that promise.
The Role
As a Property Manager at Dwell, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenancies run smoothly from move-in to move-out. You'll act as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants, handling everything from compliance and maintenance to inspections and tenancy renewals.
This is a varied role that requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with all of the legislation surrounding property management
End-to-end management of reactive maintenance.
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
Managing safety and compliance records, including gas, electric, and EPC certificates.
Processing contractor invoices.
Managing deposit returns.
Coordinating check-ins, inventories, mid-term inspections, and check-outs.
Maintaining accurate records using our CRM systems (SME Professional, Fixflo, Inventory Base).
Client & Office Support.
Providing consistently high levels of customer service and communication.
Answering calls, emails, and managing general office admin.
Supporting the wider team when needed.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in property management, lettings, facilities, or contractor management.
Prior experience using Fixflo and property management CRM's will be useful.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of lettings legislation and landlord/tenant law (training provided if needed).
Skilled communicator, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification or willingness to work toward this.
Full UK driving licence (use of own car an advantage; mileage paid).
