What You'll Be Doing:

Taking ownership of maintenance coordination and compliance for residential blocks across the UK Managing day-to-day issues across a varied portfolio Liaising with residents, contractors, and directors with clear and proactive communication Delivering service with integrity doing the job we promise to do

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with property experience (block management ideal, but we also welcome those from a lettings background ready to transition and grow) Organised, confident, and solutions-focused Excited to join a team that values innovation, transparency, and relationships Eager to build a career with meaning in a company that supports and values them
