Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. You'll be looking after a portfolio of residential properties, making sure everything runs smoothly for both landlords and tenants. From handling maintenance and inspections to keeping on top of agreements and compliance, you'll be the go-to person.

What You'll Be Doing:



Being the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, dealing with questions and queries quickly and professionally. Looking after tenancy agreements, renewals, move-outs, and all the important paperwork that comes with it. Overseeing repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to make sure jobs are done well, on time, and within budget. Putting together property inspection reports and sorting out any issues that come up. Making sure rents are paid on time, managing arrears, and keeping landlords updated. Keeping all properties compliant with safety regulations (gas, electrical, EPCs, licensing, etc.). Handling tenant disputes or issues fairly and calmly, and stepping in with legal processes if needed. Managing property insurance policies and claims. Giving landlords advice on market trends, rent reviews, and ways to add value to their properties. Managing deposits fairly and making sure deductions are handled properly. Building good relationships with reliable contractors and keeping their details, insurance, and performance records up to date.

What We're Looking For:



At least 2 years' property management experience in residential lettings. Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and confidence applying it. Someone organised, proactive, and able to juggle different priorities. Great communication and people skills. Calm and professional when things get difficult. Comfortable using IT systems (experience with property management software is a bonus). T This role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, organised, and confident dealing with both the everyday jobs and the occasional tricky challenge.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability on a rota to work Saturday 10am to 3pm, with a day off in lieu the following week.
