Parkes Estate Agents is a an independent estate agency based in Kensington London. We specialise in selling, letting and managing high-quality residential properties in prime locations. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our property management and accounts team.

Parkes Estate Agents conducts business with the highest levels of customer service. Owing to our success, we are looking for another outstanding individual who shares the above attributes whilst maintaining the company's high standards and ethical values.

You will be the main point of contact for all tenants and landlords in a management portfolio over 300 properties. You will be working very closely with a lettings manager and the managing director, who will be offering ongoing support and training.

Managing the daily operations of the property management division

Manage the resolution of all maintenance issues, including liaison with landlords and tenants, up to the point of payment of the supplier's invoice to ensure all works have been satisfactorily completed. Arrange gas safety certificates, EPC's and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation. Manage the property portfolio in order to maximize and retain clients. Regular property checks and property reporting Dealing with any other support tasks as required Drafting tenancies agreements Arrange inventory check-in and check-outs, including pre-tenancy and end of tenancy cleaning Coordinate with landlords, property owners and sellers to obtain property listings Ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded. Prepare comprehensive property descriptions and marketing materials, including photographs, floor plans, and other promotional content. Advertise properties on relevant platforms including the Company's website, online property portals, social media and print materials. Attend to client inquiries promptly and professionally providing accurate and relevant information about properties. Identify and qualify prospective tenants, buyers, and investors based on their specific needs and preferences. Schedule and conduct property viewings ensuring each property is presented in best possible light. Liaise between landlords, property owners, tenants, and buyers, negotiating terms and conditions to facilitate successful transactions. Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal, financial, and industry regulations.

Pay: 40,000.00 per year
