Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordination
:
Manage and assign repair requests from tenants.
Liaise with landlords and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Document and track all repair costs and property conditions before and after fixes.
Tenant and Property Management
:
Organise tenant check-ins and check-outs, especially during peak summer periods.
Prepare detailed inventory reports.
Maintain compliance with UK property laws.
Source and vet new contractors for the company's database.
Administrative Tasks
:
Oversee key management for properties.
Handle daily office and property-related administration.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Language Skills
: Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Experience
:
At least 1 year in sales, property management, or related fields.
Knowledge of UK property compliance and landlord-tenant relations is beneficial.
