Property Manager - Serviced Apartments (Airbnb-style Flats)

Location: Central London

Salary: 26,000 per annum

Schedule: Ideally Monday to Friday (Hybrid & Flexible Hours Available)

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of serviced apartments tailored for short-term rentals (Airbnb-style). If you're organised, solution-driven, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:

Oversee the full cycle of bookings, check-ins and check-outs Manage maintenance issues, cleaners, inventory, and guest communication Coordinate with external contractors and in-house teams Ensure apartments are guest-ready at all times Keep everything running smoothly while thinking two steps ahead
About You:

Previous experience in property management, hospitality or short-let rentals Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Fluent English (spoken and written) Confident using apps/platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and PMS systems Eligible to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

London SW1A: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
