The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Property Manager

to take charge of the day-to-day running of our portfolio. You'll manage tenants, ensure rent is collected, coordinate maintenance, and help keep occupancy high.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for tenants, handling queries and resolving issues. Oversee rent collection, arrears, and support service charge budgets. Coordinate contractors for maintenance and compliance checks. Keep buildings safe, clean, and well-presented. Help market vacant space and work with leasing agents.

About You

Experience in property or facilities management is essential.

Confident with budgets, spreadsheets, and basic accounts. Excellent communicator, organised, and able to work independently. Practical, solution-focused, and proactive.
