Job Description

As an award-winning UK focused real estate asset and development management company, our client is looking for a property manager with some experience in property management. The goal is to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties and maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of assigned properties needs

Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards

Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants

Manage contractors in a timely and reliable manner

Advertise and market vacant properties to attract tenants,liase with Estate Agents and conduct viewings

Handle operating expenses

Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance

Update job and market knowledge

Much of the focus of the business is in the August-October period.The candidate would need to be available throughout this period

Keep the owner informed and be involved in discussion of planned developments.

Skills

Mandarin speaking is perfered

Some proven work experience as property manager or other relevant management experience

A good work ethic

Self motivated

Highly professional attitude

Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software

Customer focus and bottom line orientation

Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills

Well organized with excellent time management skills

Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 33,000.00-40,000.00 per year
