Roles and Responsibilities:
Showing perspective tenants vacant properties Overseeing our Luton and Bedford portfolio Liaising with our local maintenance team and cleaning team Property inspections Guest management for our serviced accommodation units Managing communal areas of the building Quality control of our serviced apartments in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, consumables Carrying out property inventories (software and training will be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 2,050.00 per month

Luton LU1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Property Management: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Luton LU1
