The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and people skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential/commercial properties.
Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords.
Oversee property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors as required.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet compliance and safety standards.
Manage rental payments, arrears, and tenancy renewals.
Handle tenant queries and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance at all times.
Provide clear and timely communication and reporting to landlords.
About You:
Proven experience in property management or a related role preferrable.
Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in property management software (desirable).
A full, clean driving licence and access to your own car (preferred).
