Are you looking to further career with the largest independent Estate Agents in the City Centre, South Manchester and Cheshire? We are offering a diverse role to join our team and work within our established and growing Property Management Dept in Manchester City Centre..
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and a motivated individual, with at least 2 years' property management experience and a good understanding of lettings. If this is you then we want to hear from you!
The role is an integral part to our business and in brief will involve you managing a part of our portfolio of managed properties which will include inventories, check outs, maintenance and landlord management . Training on our methods and systems will be given to give you, however the ideal candidate must have relevant experience in this field, be dedicated, show good customer service relationships and be eager to integrate into our busy office .
Driving license and confidence in driving around the busy City is essential
Salary dependant on experience , Part Time role can also be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-31,524.00 per year
