Property Manager

Our expanding business requires an enthusiastic and hard working Property Manager Your communication skills must be exceptional and previous experience in estate agency is not required as training and support will be provided to enable you to become an all round Estate Agent. Experienced estate agents also welcome

Our property managers deal with all aspects of the lettings process including ongoing maintenance, renewals of tenancies, checkouts and collection of rents. Based in the Northern Quarter, you will be required to drive our fleet of cars so a full driving license is essential.

The starting salary is 27,000, depending on experience, plus commission and will reviewed annually with our current property managers all earning between 28-32,000. The working week may include working occasional Saturdays with a day off during the week when worked.
