Role Summary



This is a brilliant launchpad for someone ready to kick-start their property career. You'll take ownership of day-to-day tenancy management across a growing portfolio, being the friendly first point of contact for residents and the organiser who keeps everything moving, viewings, applications, move-ins, renewals, and the little details that make living with us feel effortless. We'll coach you, give you clear processes, and back your growth every step of the way.

What you'll do:

Resident experience & leasing



Own the inbox and phone lines: respond quickly and helpfully to all enquiries. Book and host viewings that showcase our brand, apartments, and amenities. Share community info and set clear expectations--from pets to parking.

Tenancy lifecycle (end-to-end)



Process applications and references with care and accuracy. Coordinate smooth move-ins (docs, keys, compliance, onboarding). Manage breaks, renewals, and terminations with clarity and kindness. Keep residents updated throughout their tenancy--no surprises.

Renewals & rent reviews



Track renewal dates, prepare options, and support residents to stay. Recommend rent reviews using market context and internal guidance. Issue notices (e.g., Section 13) correctly and on time.

Compliance & financial basics



Follow legal, H&S, and regulatory standards for BTR and ASTs. Monitor rent collection and support arrears follow-up with Accounts. Keep records spotless in our property management system. Prepare simple weekly reports on tenancies, maintenance, arrears, and lettings.
